Buffey

Buffey, Harold F. was born in 1926 in Birmingham South, Warwickshire. Son of Harold Frederick Buffey and Elsie Crump. He married Hazel Williams 10 May 1946 in Smethwick, Staffordshire. He appears on the electoral rolls for 1969-1975. He lived at Manor Farm Cottage.
